Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Timing

• Processing: 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch during our launch period. We're working on faster domestic fulfillment — delivery times will shorten as we scale.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed automatically at dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email contact@dayhide.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
