60-Day “Love It or Peel It” Guarantee

We want DAYHIDE to genuinely solve your privacy and heat problem. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from delivery to request a full refund — even if you've already applied the film.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@dayhide.com with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you.
  2. We reply within 24–48 hours. In most cases we do not require you to ship anything back — if a return is needed, we'll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • The guarantee covers all DAYHIDE kits (Single Roll, 3-Roll Kit, Whole-Home Kit).
  • Refunds include the full product price. Shipping was free, so there is nothing further to deduct.
  • Requests made more than 60 days after delivery are handled case by case — write to us anyway and we'll do our best.
